Last week Taylor was speaking at a conference at Baylor so the kids and I tagged along. We had a great time!
On Tuesday we arrived and went to the dollar movie to see Rio 2. We had dinner at Pei Wei, shopped a little, then rode bikes around campus.
I took the kids to the zoo on Wednesday while Taylor was preaching the morning worship service.
This baby orangutan was only 2 months old!
After lunch we all went back to school shopping,
and that evening it was more bike riding around campus.
Thursday morning the kids and I had breakfast with a friend and then went to hear Taylor preach. We had lunch at one of our favorite Waco restaurants, D's Mediterranean Grill.
We spent the afternoon at the Mayborn Museum
Friday morning we got in one more bike ride at Cameron Park before we headed home.
It was a great week to catch up with old friends, rest, and just hang out together.
