Girls' Weekend

Once a year the girls in my family make a pilgrimage to San Antonio where my grandfather is buried. While the Sandlins were keeping the kids last weekend, Taylor and I went to some meetings in Waco, and then the girls picked me up on the way to San Antonio. These trips are great. We shop, eat, laugh, and occasionally do beauty treatments. In the past we have candled each others' ears, done foot soaks, hand treatments, and this year we did the masks. The purpose of these masks were to make us more beautiful, but we were laughing so hard at each other, we couldn't keep them on.
We look pretty scary!
What we looked like at night

What we looked like during the day, and proof that we really do go visit the cemetery.

Aw, I love good girl time. Isn't it amazing what we go through to "look good"...although I don't think any of those kind of things work for me!

I can't believe you posted the facial picture. We look like horror movie killers!
