Sea World in the Fall

Much to Taylor's dismay, I thought it would be a good idea to use our Sea World passes yet again to go check out their Halloween festivities. So we made the trek there and back on Saturday. It was a long day, but the kids had a great time.
Dolphin Cove is always our first stop. The dolphins were especially active that morning.
Next we like to tour the aquarium.

They had a bunch of different houses set up for trick or treating later that night. We couldn't stay that late and the kids didn't know anything about it so they just thought they were great spots to take pictures.
Sophie loves the Shamu Express.
Happy Harbor was decorated in pirate skeletons for Halloween. I'm very surprised Sophie held his hand. JC wouldn't go near them.
Pumpkin fish!
More rides.
The highlight of the day was definitely the Count Dracula Sesame Street show.

They also had an exhibit where you walk through to see a lot of underwater characters. Sophie's favorite was this "beautiful" mermaid. We had to go through twice just to see her. I thought she was a little scary in her blue lipstick.

You will have to convince Taylor to go back at Christmas. They have tons of fun stuff then. Looks like you had fun!!

Maybe Taylor has one more trip in him at Christmas. Or I will meet you there! We have not been since you were about Sophie's age, and there was not a tree on the place - very hot. Love the pics!
